The 15th Shanghai International Hosiery Purchasing Expo lasting three days from August 26 to 28 in 2020, came to a successful conclusion at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center.According to post-exhibition statistics, this year’s exhibition area reached 30,000 square meters. Together with Shanghai International Hats, Scarves, Gloves Expo &Shanghai International Modern Underwear Expo, a total of 592 exhibiting companies, including 366 exhibitors in the hosiery sector, gathered 12,818 professional visitors come and visit.
Three exhibitions are linked to create a whole industry chain platform integrating intimate apparel and fashion accessories.Albeit the Covid-19 pandemic, entry restrictions and stormy weather in Shanghai, most exhibitors gained substantially from the event, projecting a gradual recovery of the socks industry.
2021 CHPE is scheduled to unveil at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center again from March 13-18. It will step up efforts in the event size, platform construction and content innovation to meet the market demands of the young generation who pursues individualities and trends.Together with the concurrent events, 2021 CHPE is expected to cover a total exhibition area of over 40,000 m2 and attract over 800 top-notch exhibitors and 20,000 visitors from home and abroad.
