Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre introduces Conference & Events Services

Turin, March 25, 2016 – Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre is proud to announce that as of April 4th, we will be offering Mövenpick Conference & Events Services to MICE planners. Alongside the usual hotel and venue services, we will offer extra support for our clients ranging from; (onsite) registration- , delegate- or abstract management, sponsorship sales, exhibition management, to full service concept development & project management.

Viona Terleth, Director of Sales & Marketing: “we found that the average group size enquiries of ijVENUES and our hotel are around 300 – 700 delegates and they usually have no event support. One of our Mövenpick core values is ‘simple and easy’. Therefore, we already offer a ‘one contact, one contract and one invoice’ approach. By adding these Conference & Events Services, we will enhance the one- stop-shop experience. Our aim is to, as early in the booking process as possible, make it easy for MICE planners. Empowering them to organise a professional and successful event without having to invent every detail.

We have selected MCI as the preferred partner for the above-mentioned added services. MCI is a Swiss privately held company.
